Edit Your Organization Name and Domain

Your organization’s name and domain are key settings in Billabex. They help the AI agent personalize dunning messages and facilitate collaboration with your team.

Edit the Organization Name

Your organization name is used by the AI agent in all messages sent to your clients. It is displayed as the sender’s name in every communication.

Steps:
1. Go to the Settings module
2. Click on the Profile tab
3. Edit your organization name
4. Click Save

Best practices:
If your trade name differs from your legal name, you can include both. For example: Billabex (ACME SAS)

Once saved, the AI agent will automatically update all future messages to reflect the new name.

Edit the Organization Domain

The domain is used to identify team members from your company (e.g., @yourcompany.com).

Why is this useful?

It allows your team to interact with the AI agent by email without needing a user account in the platform.

Steps:
1. Go to Settings > Profile tab
2. Enter your company domain
3. Click Save

Info
You can update this setting at any time. It does not impact past communications.
