Yes. Simply edit the contact's record from the Accounts module, then select the desired language in the "Language" field. This will allow the AI agent to send messages in the chosen language for that specific contact.
What language are follow-ups sent in?
The AI agent automatically determines the follow-up language:
1. For contacts:
The language set in the contact's record takes priority. If none is specified, the AI agent infers it from the country indicated at the account level.
2. For organization members:
The language set in personal settings is used. If no preference is defined, English is used by default.
3. For multiple recipients:
If all users share a common language, it is used. Otherwise, the AI agent selects the majority language, or defaults to English.
