Can I change the language of a contact?

Yes. You can edit the contact’s profile from the Accounts module and select the preferred language in the Language field. This ensures that the AI agent sends messages in the chosen language for that specific contact.

In which language are reminders sent?

The AI agent automatically determines the language used in communications:

1. For contacts:
The language set in the contact’s profile takes priority. If no language is defined, the AI agent infers it based on the country specified at the account level.

2. For organization members:
The language defined in personal settings is used. If no preference is set, English is used by default.

3. If multiple recipients are involved:
If all recipients share a common language, it is used. Otherwise, the AI agent selects the majority language. If no majority exists, English is used.
