How do I change my organization’s name or domain?
Go to Settings > Profile. You can edit the organization’s name or domain directly in the dedicated fields. The AI agent will immediately use the updated name in future communications.

Tip: If your trade name differs from your legal name, you can include both (e.g., Billabex (ACME SAS)).
How do I add a member to my organization?
Go to Settings > Members, enter the email address of the person you want to invite, and click Add. The new member will receive an invitation email to create their account and join your organization.
How do I remove a member from my organization?
From Settings > Members, click the trash icon next to the member’s email address. The removal is immediate: the user will no longer have access to the platform or receive AI notifications.
Can a member use multiple email addresses?
No. A member can only be associated with one email address. If they use several, a separate account must be created for each.
Can I restrict access to certain modules?
No. All organization members have access to the full platform. Advanced permission management will be available in a future update.
