Organization Settings

How do I change my organization name or domain?

Go to Settings > Profile. You can edit the name or domain directly from the dedicated fields. The change is immediately applied by the AI agent for follow-ups.

Tip: if your trade name differs from your legal name, include both.

How do I add a member to my organization?

Go to Settings > Members, enter the email address and click Add. The new member will receive an invitation email to create their account and access the organization.

How do I remove a member from my organization?

In Settings > Members, click the trash icon next to the member's email address. Removal is immediate and the member will no longer have access to the platform.

Can I use multiple email addresses for the same member?

No. A member can only be associated with a single email address. If a member uses multiple addresses, they will need to create a separate account for each email.

Can I restrict access to certain modules?

No. All organization members have access to all modules.
