Tasks and Notifications

How can I view tasks assigned to me?

From the Tasks module, you can access all tasks related to you.
By default, the view is filtered to show:
  1. Tasks assigned to you
  2. Tasks with the status “Action required”

Who receives notifications when a task is created?

All organization members assigned to the task receive a notification by email.
  1. For critical issues (e.g., dispute, payment schedule, etc.), the alert is immediate.
  2. For non-critical tasks, a summary is sent every Tuesday and Thursday morning.

Can I reply to a task by email?

Yes. If you receive a task notification by email, you can reply directly. The AI agent will process your response and update the related task accordingly.

What does the status “Action required” mean?

It indicates that the AI agent is waiting for input from you to move forward. If no action is taken, the follow-up process may remain on hold.
