How do I access tasks assigned to me?
From the Tasks module, you can find tasks that are relevant to you. By default, the view is filtered to show tasks with an "action required" status.
Who receives notifications when a task is created?
No notification is sent when a task is created. Task management and processing frequency are left to each user's discretion.
Can I respond to a task by email?
No. Task responses can only be submitted from the platform.
What does the "action required" status mean?
It means the AI agent is waiting for your input on the task. Without action on your part, the follow-up process may remain suspended.
