View Sent and Scheduled Communications
The Communications module lets you track all interactions between your AI agent, your clients, and your team. Each message is automatically categorized by status and grouped by account, providing complete traceability of the collection process.
Accessing the Communications Module
1. Click on Communications in the navigation bar.
2. By default, you’ll see a full list of all communications across all statuses and accounts.
Using Filters
At the top of the list, you can refine your view with filters:
By status:
- Scheduled: Messages planned by the AI agent but not yet sent.
- Sent: Messages already delivered (email, letter, etc.).
- Received: Replies from your clients and/or your team.
By account:
- Filter communications related to a specific client account.

Statuses are easily identifiable thanks to icons displayed on the right side of each line.
Viewing Communication Details
1. Click on any communication in the list.
2. A side panel will open, displaying:
- The message content (subject, recipients, full message, signature, etc.)
- Related account and sender information
- A thread of related messages at the bottom of the panel
Navigating a Conversation Thread
The message thread shows the full exchange history on a specific topic.
- Each message is timestamped and labeled with its sender.
- Click on any message in the thread to display its full content in the main panel.
This feature helps you easily follow the progression of a case — whether it’s a payment promise, a dispute, or a request for information.
