Viewing Sent and Scheduled Communications
The Communications module lets you track all exchanges between your AI agent, your customers, and your team. Each communication is automatically classified by status and grouped by account, providing complete traceability of the follow-up process.
Accessing the Communications module
1. Click on Communications in the navigation bar.
2. By default, you see the complete list of all communications, across all statuses and accounts.
Using filters
At the top of the list, you can refine your search using filters:
By account :
- Filter communications related to a specific account.
By contact :
- Filter communications related to a specific contact.
By status:
- Scheduled: messages planned by the AI agent (scheduled but not yet sent)
- Sent: messages already delivered
- Received: replies from your customers and/or your team
Statuses are easily recognizable thanks to the icons on the right side of each row.
Viewing communication details
1. Click on a communication row in the list.
2. A side panel opens with:
- The message content (subject, recipients, full message, signature…)
- Account and sender information
