Navigating Billabex

Discover the main sections of the platform and how to use them in your daily workflow.

The navigation bar on the left side of your screen gives you access to all Billabex features.


Main sections

Tasks

Track required actions, validate information, and collaborate with your AI agent. Each task corresponds to a human intervention needed in the collection process.

Task examples:

  • Customer requests a payment extension → Approve or decline
  • Incorrect contact details → Update the information
  • Invoice dispute → Handle the claim

IdeaGood to know: tasks are fully managed by the AI agent, from creation to closure. Your role is to validate or correct when necessary.

Communications

View the complete history of exchanges between your AI agent and your customers.

What you'll find:

  • All messages sent by the agent
  • Customer responses
  • The status of each communication (sent, read, replied)
  • The complete timeline per customer

IdeaTip: filter by customer, date, or communication type to quickly find a specific exchange.

Accounts

Manage your customer list and their contact information. View payment history and current invoices for each account.

Available information:

  • Full contact details
  • Current and unpaid invoices
  • Issued credit notes
  • Communications and tasks linked to the account

 Invoices

View all your imported invoices. Filter by invoice, account, or status.

Invoice statuses:

  • Paid: payment received and confirmed
  • Issued: due date not yet passed, reminder pending
  • Overdue: past due, follow-ups in progress

Credit Notes

Track credit notes issued to your customers and their application to unpaid invoices.

Credit note management:

  • Automatic application to an account's outstanding balance 
  • History of used credit notes
  • Credit notes pending application

Settings

Configure your organization, manage users, and adjust follow-up rules.

Settings sections:

  • Organization: company name and email domain
  • Members: invitations and member management
  • Connections: connect to invoicing tools

Check tasks first
Start your day with the Tasks tab to handle urgent actions created by the AI agent.

Monitor communications
Regularly check the Communications tab to stay informed about exchanges with your customers.
